Stirrup Communication Consultants Pvt Ltd (Stirrup), previously known as AICL Communications Limited, is a corporate reporting, ESG, stakeholder communications consultancy. We offer integrated, platform-agnostic services across corporate reporting, sustainability and ESG communication, employee engagement and brand communication. Since 2006, we have been partnering with large and emerging companies, nonprofits and public bodies to effectively help them express their identity, their ethos, their performance and their vision. We have helped several companies foster better dialogue with investors, employees, communities, partners, customers and society, resulting in enhanced stakeholder trust and loyalty. Our team of diverse professionals blends strategic thinking with content-led creativity to articulate investment cases, drive people engagement, reinforce commitment to sustainability and strengthen corporate brand. We combine intelligent insights with passion to solve complex communication challenges which makes us interesting people to work with and work for. Corporate Reporting is our principal offering. We work with large, established corporations as well as emerging ones to help shape the strategy, content and visual expression of their periodic reports to shareholders, investors and other stakeholders. Our clients rely on our extensive experience, in-depth knowledge and end-to-end approach. These strengths enable us to produce globally-benchmarked annual reports, sustainability reports and other tools of investor engagement. Through Sustainability Communications, we support organisations in narrating the essence and outcomes of responsible corporate behaviour. We work with organisations in shaping their Employee Engagement communication, helping them interact and reach out to present and prospective employees. We work on helping create and further brand identity and purpose.
