Studio C+C is looking for a full-time Project Architect (3D Designer), to join us at our Studio in Pune. The Studio is currently engaged in the design of multiple residential towers in Mumbai and Delhi, luxury residences in Goa, the construction of the tallest tower in Delhi, designing learning environments in Gurgaon and a masterplan of a rural hospital in Maharashtra. Candidates must have: · Bachelor's degree in architecture · Minimum 2 years of work experience · Strong architectural design skills, accuracy, and attention to detail · Excellent digital presentation and graphic skills · Strong communication, collaboration, multitasking and organisational skills · Independent and self-critical, with a proactive ‘can do’ attitude · Proficient 3d modeller in Rhino (Grasshopper is a plus) or Advanced Sketch-Up · Prior knowledge of CAD and Adobe Creative Suite is required. · Previous experience in ArchiCAD or any other BIM software platform is desirable. Our recently completed Villa Zoi in Goa beautifully integrates with its surroundings, showcasing stunning views of the rice paddy fields. The design emphasizes a seamless connection between indoor and outdoor spaces through glazed pavilions that invite nature inside. We negotiated a 5-meter difference from the entrance of the plot to the end, by raising the pool to the ground floor level, it creates a unique sensation of floating over the lush landscape, enhanced by the infinity edge. The house is thoughtfully divided into two pavilions, linked by an open-air staircase that promotes natural ventilation and reduces reliance on air conditioning. Inside, the choice of natural timber finishes, rattan, and wool fabrics adds warmth and texture, harmonizing with the tranquil environment. This blend of thoughtful architecture and natural materials makes Villa Zoi a serene retreat that celebrates the beauty of Goa’s landscape.
