Job Description: Business Development Executive (Digital Marketing Agency Startup) Company: Stuti Digital Technologies Location: Lata Circle, Jhotwara, Jaipur Experience: 0-1 Years Salary: 10-20k per month + Incentives Job Type: Full Time (Work From Office Only) Stuti Digital Technologies, a burgeoning digital marketing agency startup based in Jaipur, is seeking a dynamic and driven Business Development Executive to join our expanding team. As a pivotal member of our sales force, you will play a crucial role in acquiring new clients and driving the growth of our business. Key Responsibilities: • Prospecting and Lead Generation: Independently identify and generate leads through various channels, including cold calling, networking, and referrals. • Client Meetings: Schedule and conduct appointments with prospective clients to showcase our digital marketing services. • Field Visits: Visit clients in person to build relationships, understand their needs, and present tailored solutions. • Digital Marketing Expertise: Possess a solid understanding of the digital marketing industry and its terminology to effectively communicate our services' value propositions. • Communication Skills: Demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills to engage with clients, articulate our offerings, and negotiate effectively. • Own Equipment: Must have a personal laptop for day-to-day operations and client interactions. Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred. • 0-1 years of experience in business development or sales, preferably in a digital marketing agency or related industry. • Proven ability to generate leads and meet sales targets independently. • Familiarity with digital marketing concepts such as SEO, SEM, social media marketing, etc. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with strong organizational and time management skills.
