    POSITION- CUSTOMER RELATIONSHIP MANAGEMENT 1. Needs to schedule & oversee the daily activities of sales teams & put them across into the context of larger business goals. 2. Tracking of sales teams individually & keeping eye on daily movements on daily basis (metrics – miles travelled) in accordance with schedules assigned & getting daily movement reports from teams /individuals. 3. Tracking & evaluation of productivity / output & revenues as targeted by sales teams & identifying the areas of improvements & reporting to Management. 4. Delegating roles to teams accurately, encouraging & motivating teams periodically to maximize output. 5. Accessing accounting software data & providing updated outstanding payments details to sales teams on regular basis. 6. Arranging Samples, Panels, shade cards & publicity materials etc. as per requirements of sales representatives & obtaining feedback on samples & reporting to technical team / Management. 7. Tracking of pending orders booked by sales teams & getting the same executed in prescribed time frame. 8. Accessing the sales performance of customers / dealers periodically & communicating with them through various channels like phone, email, phone messages, social media like whatsapp or telegram etc in order to optimize sales. 9. Attending all customers calls, responding to all emails / messages resolving their all issues on top priority & keeping them posted on their dispatch schedules & deal with any emergencies in accordance with company policies. 10. Getting updated & training on latest products being introduced by company from time to time & training further the team. 11. Organizing training sessions for new joining’s in sales 12. Bridging up the gap between Sales teams, R&D, Production & Dispatch 13. Maintaining of all receiving’s of invoices, G/R records & couriers ( tracking of couriers as well ) & conveying to concerned customers. 14. Tracking of customers interactions with sales teams & reporting to Management. 15. Getting latest updates from markets on trending products & analyzing market behaviors in terms price changes & reporting to Management. 16. Monitoring of behaviors / any miscommitments or misconduct of sales executives with customers & reporting to Management.
