Suprajit recently conducted a product awareness program for retail partners in Thane, Mumbai on September 20, 2024. Approximately 80 retail partners from Thane, Bhiwandi, and surrounding areas participated in the event. The program commenced with Mr Prateek Hirchandani of SAI BABA Auto Agencies lighting a lamp. Representatives from Suprajit, including Mr Narayan Shankar (COO), Mr N Ramesh (AVP), and Mr Praveen Bajaj (Sr. DGM), were also present at the retail partner meeting. During the event, Mr. Narayan Shankar (COO) spoke about Suprajit's leadership position in the automotive control cable industry. Mr. N Ramesh (AVP) addressed the audience regarding aftermarket products and Suprajit's presence in domestic and export markets. Mr. Praveen Bajaj (Sr. DGM) discussed the opportunities and scopes for retailers to increase Suprajit's business in control cables and beyond, including products such as brake shoes, disc pads, rearview mirrors, automotive filters, speedometer assemblies, and tank units. We are thrilled to announce the successful launch of Suprajit’s inaugural Road Safety Campaign, a key milestone in our commitment to road safety. The event began with an insightful speech by Mr Deepak Mangalore, VP of HR, who highlighted the key objectives and intent of this initiative. This campaign is the brainchild of our MD & Group CEO – Mr NS Mohan, whose vision is propelling our endeavours to make a tangible impact on road safety. Our chairman, Mr Ajith Kumar Rai graced the occasion, emphasizing the importance of this initiative, while influencer Arun Ramdas, who was roped in by our MD to become the brand ambassador of the campaign shared his riding journey and pledged his commitment to promoting road safety. As part of this road safety campaign, we announced that each month will feature a specific theme aimed at making us all safer and more responsible on the roads. For the first month, we’ve chosen a theme that can truly be a lifesaver—Helmets. We proudly introduced our newly appointed Road Safety Ambassadors, a team devoted to championing this cause. Our CSO, Mr Akhilesh Rai, played a pivotal role in this endeavour, personally distributing high-quality helmets to our ambassadors.
