About us
Established in 2019, Special Window for Affordable and Mid-income Housing (SWAMIH) Investment Fund I has been formed to complete construction of stressed, brownfield, RERA registered residential developments that are in the affordable housing / middle-income category and requires last mile funding. The Sponsor of the Fund is the Secretary, Department of Economic Affairs, Ministry of Finance, Government of India on behalf of the Government of India. SBICAP Ventures Ltd., a wholly owned subsidiary of SBI Capital Markets Ltd. which in turn is a wholly owned subsidiary of State Bank of India, is the Investment Manager of the Fund.
