At Environics, we are proud to have partnered with the GRASIM INDUSTRIES LIMITED ( ADITYA BIRLA GROUP) Industries to implement Environmental Wellbeing Solutions at the Domsjö Fabriker AB unit in Sweden. This project was a significant step toward creating a safer, healthier, and more productive work environment—not just for the incredible team working on-site, but also for the machines and equipment essential to their operations. By addressing ground stresses that can negatively impact machine performance and contribute to repeated breakdowns, our solutions help improve reliability, ensuring smoother operations and fewer interruptions.   We owe a special thanks to Mathias Dahlbäck, whose unwavering support and involvement were critical in completing the project on time. His partnership was invaluable. The virtue of being ordinary We are all striving to be, or to be regarded as, extraordinary in stature, achievements, ability, etc. This induces a lot of stress. Moreover, in the process, we lose touch with the things and people we regard as ordinary. Nature is ordinary, but it supports us/our life every moment, but we abuse and destroy what it creates and nurtures. We decide and scorn people who are comfortable being ordinary and pedestrian in their pursuits. We alienate ourselves and stop hearing conversations, sounds, and thoughts. We stop seeing the same sights that we had seen earlier. Thus, we miss the changes in sounds, tone, content, current thinking, and the hues of nature. We become out of touch and insensitive to current reality. It is difficult to get back to being ordinary. We can all have our extraordinary moments, which we can cherish and enjoy while being ordinary. Let us be one with all others and with nature.
