The responses which go to a particular email id - it should be checked and a reply on shortlist or rejection should be sent. When the position is closed , it should be updated. How many linkedin recruiters follow this ? In my past experience as a TA Head, have closed quite a few senior positions only through Linkedin job posts. It's the best way to reach the right Talent .
