Tap In Tribe community meet at The Lalit Suri Hospitality Group was one such impactful event and a learner's dream. #ThankYou for inviting me to the #SheLeads | #Empowered programme that gave me hope about women becoming ladders of success for other women. The women who made it a success: Amrita T. Pallavi Tandon (Her/Hers) shalini tewari Rashmi Dastidar Shagufta Kamran Monica Jasuja and my tribe Ruby Dhingra Sanyogita Singh Mehak Khurana SAUMYA SALUJA, not to forget the men who added to the roaring success and charm Shivraj Parshad Akshay Tyagi (He/His) Sujeev Shakya .

Thrilled to share the joy and excitement of our partnership with Amrita T. , founder of Tap In Tribe, for the launch of the first-ever ‘SheLeads X Empowered Mentoring Program’. This incredible initiative brought together 30 women-identifying participants from various fields, guided by 9 brilliant mentors who offered invaluable support and insights. The energy was truly inspiring as Tap In Tribe X The Lalit Suri Hospitality Group hosted a powerful session filled with learning, connection, and growth. I'm deeply grateful to every mentor, participant, and team member who helped make this possible. Some of the highlights for me: 1. We pushed beyond our comfort zones, whether in public speaking or connecting with new faces — and came out stronger, ready to learn. 2. We embraced vulnerability, sharing our stories and experiences, even when our thoughts weren’t perfectly polished. 3. We learnt while our experiences might be similar but are not the same and hence we need to look beyond what’s visible and introspect. 4. The value of human connection and support to each other. 5. Last but not the least, the laughter! It’s incredible to see how we can create a safe space where everyone shows up, learns, and supports one another with genuine joy. Special mentions to our fabulous mentors who truly left their mark: Pallavi Tandon: Your insights on ethos, logos, and pathos, and how to articulate one's 'brand', were impactful. Thank you for your authenticity! Shagufta Kamran : Your take on finding an executive sponsor was a powerful takeaway for everyone. Thank you for sharing your deep expertise. Shivraj Parshad : The engagement in your group was electric—no one wanted the session to end! Rashmi Dastidar : The connections and feedback from your group were incredible, truly driving #impact. Sujeev Shakya & Anshuman :Your contributions were a perfect mix of humor and insight—can’t wait for future collaborations!
