New Season, New Faces and Newer Perspectives! Introducing our Executive Trainees batch of 2024! Split between Sales and Field Service Delivery, our future stars kicked off their journey with an exciting five-day induction at our Chhattarpur office. They connected with our leadership, including MD & CEO, Mr. Harit Nagpal, and dived deep into our functional goals, key projects, and collaborative spirit. From mastering customer demands with our Sales Training team to exploring the intricacies of service with our FSD experts, our trainees gained invaluable insights. They even got hands-on with dish installations and learned about our Customer Operations, covering everything from inbound calls to enhancing customer experiences. The induction wrapped up with an impactful session on partner management and personal effectiveness. Now, these future leaders are set for six months in their primary functions, followed by a two-month cross-functional experience. The 2024 cohort of Management Trainees from India’s top B-schools just started their professional journey with us, and we have all happy faces. Before getting their first-hand experience through the various functions, our dynamic MT’s immersed themselves in a five-day induction extravaganza. The induction program included engaging sessions with leadership, including MD & CEO Mr. Harit Nagpal, who shared insights into the company’s vision and upcoming initiatives. The team also received specialized training in Field Service Delivery and Sales, while learning from industry experts, including our creative partner Ogilvy on how to craft impactful ad campaigns. The celebrated OTT platform Hotstar, also took the MT’s through a session on the booming OTT space and the opportunities it contains for aggregators. One of the most memorable moments was the "Tea-Break with Ex-MTs," where former trainees shared candid stories and lessons from their experiences, fostering a sense of continuity and inspiration.
