Corporate Pull-Back on Pride month? ❗The public-facing brands campaigns for Pride have shrunk after the conservative backlash. This acts as a severe blowback on the greater visibility that they offer to the people and cause of LGBTQ community.  ❗Some corporates are opting for behind-the-scenes allyship and have made commendable efforts to extend their support beyond the pride month alone. ❗But some companies who merely attempt to makes sales off Pride month have retreated this time. Over the past two years, the outgoing team has put in time, toil and sweat into building a truly great space within a truly great college. The culture and legacy now must be passed on to those who came after us, for change is the virtue of progress. We hope that the team chosen after hard deliberation will stand the test of time and keep the spirit alive. The Eye shall continue to maintain its foresight over the next generations this institute is yet to see. With that we would like to introduce you to the new watchers. ✨ It’s Flashback O’Clock! ✨ IMTians, buckle up as we take you down the memory lane to A Year with the Senior Team of The EYE! 🎢 🙌 “All who enter leave as family driven by shared values and camaraderie” As we juniors stepped into this enchanted realm, 💪 armed with our laptops and ideas, little did we know that we were about to join a troop of doers who etched sustainability, inclusivity and women empowerment into the very DNA of our club. 💯 From then on, it was all serious business. If the walls of the academic block could talk, they would probably share tales of our passionate discussions, overambitious ideas, battling tight timelines, charting flawless flowcharts, and cheerful laughs🌟. From conceptualizing to executing, the seniors transformed our visions into reality, leaving us to wonder if they secretly had a crystal ball 🪄 stashed somewhere. Fast forward to the placement season, our seniors like seasoned wizards, guided us through the maze of interviews and resume critiques, ensuring that not a single junior was left feeling like a lone explorer in those anxiety-inducing times🍀. Under their wings, we breezed through our first-year, comforted by the fact that we had a tribe ready to celebrate both triumphs and minor mishaps.💟 And oh, the successful events organized under their leadership! ✊ Each one was a testament to their sheer commitment and dedication to the three pillars of our club. But, let's not forget the after-event parties! 🎉 The seniors, our gracious hosts, threw unforgettable gatherings that doubled as appreciation ceremonies for us juniors. It was a time to unwind, laugh, and reflect on the shared triumphs and challenges we conquered together. 🤌Bonds strengthened, and the club transformed into a tight-knit family. Then came the bittersweet transition when the seniors passed the torch with a blend of faith and anticipation.☀️ For them, it wasn't just about leaving their mark; it was about lighting the way for those who followed. For the first time ever Introduced SPECTRUM on 21st-23rd Feb 2024 which is officially a wrap, and what an incredible three days it's been! We kicked things off with a side-splitting stand-up comedy night featuring the hilarious Haseeb Khan on 21 February . Day two- 22 February saw the competitive spirit ignite with our epic Sectional Showdown, where Section A, aka Moscow, emerged victorious!✨ The grand finale on 23 February was The Verdant Challenge case competition, powered by KakulEco. Team Triple Ace, consisting of Ashika Raj , Araham Bokaria, and Sanskar Kumar, took home the coveted title!
