We commenced with on-line employee engagement sessions for the Rubix Data Sciences Private Limited team, with the first session on 3rd September. To be honest, we were both apprehensive & a bit skeptical about how much real 'positive engagement' we would achieve in that 2 hour window, with 120 odd participants in that virtual meet. The outcome makes us not pleasantly surprised but happily exuberant!!!. our first session aptly christened 'who we are' was aimed at breaking the ice between participants who populate different geographies. a record 166 folks joined in (135 had completed the pre-training assignment we had sent out!!) & were given quick instructions & then divided into 15 break-out rooms. Quick visits to these rooms revealed high energy & camaraderie at its best, & when we finally closed the rooms & got everyone back together, the atmosphere was electric- the ice was truly broken & the team super charged. Whether the presentation on behalf of each team was made by a senior HoD or the most junior team member, the responses to each were full of gaiety & happy ribbing. While group 1 & group 4 were the declared 'winners', we can safely say that everyone exited with a happy smile & a stronger affinity to their team & organization.
