The #SupremeCourt rapped the #NCLAT for upholding the resolution plan of Jet Airways and approving the transfer of its ownership to Jalan Kalrock Consortium (JKC). Pronouncing the judgement, Justice Pardiwala allowed the plea of the #SBI and other creditors.
