Shri UN Mehta (14th January, 1924 – 31st March, 1998), the Founder of the Torrent Group, lived a life that continues to inspire people. This year marks the Birth Centenary of this visionary entrepreneur and philanthropist. On March 30, 2024, the Mehta Family of Torrent Group organized a celebration to honor his legacy. The Mehta Family pledged to donate Rs 5,000 crores over the next 5 years to the UNM Foundation as a tribute to Shri UN Mehta.
