Role: 1. Network Operations Manager required to manage on-site, IT network operations of Toyota Manufacturing plant in Bidadi. Must lead a team of L1, L2, L3 engineers and target zero network downtime. 2.Their goal is to ensure the integrity of high availability network infrastructure to provide maximum performance for their users ( staff, clients, customers and suppliers). Networks can include: computer; firewall. 3. Analyzes network and recommends upgrades/changes; assesses organization's current and future network needs. Oversees the daily operations of network staff and records incidents and changes. Responsibilities: 1. Designing of Network Operation Management, Perform review of team & Define Improvement plans , Discussion with customer for new requirement of the customers for ops support. 2. Will be a part of the Project excecution team & Network Operations team, He will be deployed to customer location 3. Should be capable of preparing the Project Schedule for network activity & Manage Operations activities 4. Good ITIL Knowledge of IT process is mandatory 5. Act as the SPOC / PIC for the customer for achieve their vision for the network and ultimately the IT and the factory itself. this includes working with them on presentation creation and curating for senior management data analytics on downtime / uptime, incidents, service requests, in depth root cause analysis of incidents using methodologies like "The Toyota Way" their various queries and help them define strategies / roadmaps / projects / initiatives helping them market the achievements of the network to the senior management Required : 1. Required Min 12 years of experience for the day-to-day operation of the team, providing overall guidance and supervision 2. Maintain and monitor required staffing levels and schedule to ensure that the team can meet the demand and respond in a timely manner to network and server anomalies and outages 3. Maintenance –managing routines, obsolescence, contracts, suppliers, service providers 4. Provisioning – meeting SLA on new provisions, Service Restoration - meeting SLA on services Capacity management – managing utilization of assets 5. To act as an escalation point for customer problems and questions via telephone, e-mail and face to face 6. To be escalation contact for service issues, out of hours ensuring the right environment is in place so that staff are effectively mentored, developed and trained 7. Develop and own the processes and procedures used by the team, based on best practice for the industry 8.
