The Partner Manager will play a crucial role in managing and nurturing relationships with our partners, who are instrumental in referring clients to our brokerage services. Job Summary: The Partner Manager will be responsible for managing relationships with our partners, understanding their needs, and working collaboratively to drive mutual business growth. This role involves regular communication, strategic planning, and problem-solving to ensure our partners are supported and motivated to continue bringing in new clients. Key Responsibilities:  Relationship Management:  Business Development:  Performance Monitoring:  Support and Training:  Collaboration: Qualifications and Skills:  Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or related field.  Experience: o Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in partner management, business development, or a similar role in the financial services industry. o Proven track record of managing and growing partner relationships.  Skills: o Strong interpersonal and communication skills. o Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities. o Ability to work independently and as part of a team. o Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software. o Understanding of the stock broking industry and financial markets is a plus.
