Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented HR professional to join our team as an Human Resource Department at the level of Assistant manager/Manager with a specific focus on the Sales department. This unique role combines the strategic expertise of an HRBP with the recruitment prowess of a Sales Recruiter. You will play a critical role in attracting, retaining, and developing top sales talent, while also partnering with Sales leadership to drive a positive employee experience and achieve business objectives.
Role and Responsibilities:
Partner with Sales leadership to understand their specific needs and challenges related to talent management, employee relations, compensation and benefits, and organizational development within the Sales function.
Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the Sales department's goals, ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations.
Provide consultative expertise on a broad range of HR functions specific to Sales, including talent acquisition, performance management, training and development, and employee engagement.
Analyze HR data and metrics to identify trends and develop solutions to improve HR processes and programs within the Sales department.
Build strong relationships with key stakeholders across the Sales organization.
Act as a champion for employee engagement within the Sales team, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
Design and execute strategic recruitment plans to attract and identify top sales talent.
Develop compelling job descriptions and source candidates through various channels.
Conduct initial screenings and interviews to assess skills and qualifications.
Partner with hiring managers in the Sales department throughout the interview process.
Manage the offer process and ensure a smooth onboarding experience for new sales hires.
Educational Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or Business Administration, or a related field
Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales recruitment or a related talent acquisition role.
Strong understanding of HR principles and practices, including recruitment, performance management, compensation and benefits, and employee relations, with a specific focus on Sales functions.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong communication, interpersonal, and collaboration skills.
Business acumen and understanding of the organization's industry, with a specific focus on stakeholder management and challenges.
Proficiency in HR information systems (HRIS) and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) a plus.
