To help candidates improve their chances of success in their job search, it's important to document learnings and observations made while reviewing different profiles. 1. Candidates are applying for the job based on their understanding of their own skills and experiences. During interviews, candidates have an opportunity to showcase their work and abilities. However, effectively communicating their experiences and skills in a way that aligns with the job requirements can be challenging. (It is not about your language or communication, all about your confidence, energy, your decision process to build the work) 3. Resumes serve as an initial introduction to a candidate's background and qualifications. However, the traditional resume format may not always provide the best platform for candidates to highlight their unique skills and creative approaches to problem-solving.(Make meaningful self learning projects ) 4. As a startup, it's crucial to find candidates who not only possess the necessary skills but also share enthusiasm for the company's vision and the specific work they would be involved in. Ensuring that candidates have a clear understanding of the startup's current stage and the role they would play is essential for attracting the right talent and fostering a mutually beneficial working relationship.(It is apply for small or big companies) Working with a bootstrap company can be incredibly challenging due to the severe limitations on available resources. Based on our workload, we are currently not offering any internships or other roles as our primary focus is on developing our minimum viable product (MVP). However, we have documented our learnings throughout this process.
