𝗔𝗜 𝗮𝘁 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗖𝗿𝗼𝘀𝘀𝗿𝗼𝗮𝗱𝘀: #𝗦𝗮𝗮𝗦 𝗮𝗻𝗱 #𝗪𝗼𝗿𝗸𝗽𝗹𝗮𝗰𝗲𝗠𝗮𝗻𝗮𝗴𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 Just back from the SaaSBoomi Volunteer meet-up in Goa, and wow, what an experience! It’s not every day you get to exchange ideas in such a dynamic setting—kudos to SaaSBoomi for creating a community that’s really pushing the envelope on what's possible, especially with #AI. We had some deep dives into how AI is revolutionizing the #SaaS industry, moving from traditional seat-based models to outcome-based ones. It's amazing to see how it can do the work of many, all at once, transforming the very way we think about work. However, as the founder of Veris, where our arena is the interface between the physical and the digital—the world where buildings meet bytes— the perspectives look a little different. It’s an exciting space, but with its own set of thoughts. While there’s a lot of excitement around what AI can do, the conversation is also about readiness—how prepared are physical buildings & offices really to integrate AI smoothly into daily operations? In the domain of workplace management, enthusiasm for AI is tempered with a keen awareness of the hurdles that pepper its path. The dialogue got me thinking: When will AI become more than potential in workplace management? And here I don't speak of fringe use-cases or sprinkled AI. I speak of full blown augmentations. And well after much deliberation, I realise that the answer is not rooted in tech but in timing and what actions we take as an industry. I’d love to keep this conversation going. Let’s share some thoughts and see where this journey is taking us all. It's time to move beyond speculation.
