We are looking for Chief Financial Officer (CFO)/ Head of Finance/ Location: Delhi -Company Overview: Japanese MNC  with dynamic and innovative culture Responsibilities: -Develop and implement financial strategies that align with company goals. -Lead financial forecasting, budgeting, and reporting processes. -Optimize capital structure and manage investment strategies. -Raise funds from large banks and manage debt syndication. -Ensure compliance with NBFC regulations and statutory obligations. -Collaborate with the executive team to drive strategic initiatives. -Present financial insights and performance metrics to the board and stakeholders. -Oversee risk management and implement proactive financial controls.
