  • wariCrew Redefines What It Means To Lead At wariCrew, we’re challenging traditional ideas of leadership. Here are three unconventional lessons we’ve learned along the way: 💪 Leadership Is About Control To be an effective leader, you need to have complete control. Not over people. But over processes. Most of us associate leadership with controlling bosses. However, a good manager knows that if you manage and perfect a process, the rest will flow smoothly. 🤝 Culture Matters Skills can be taught, but culture fit is key. Finding employees who excel at their job is important, but the real game-changer is aligning on values, working styles, and a shared commitment to growth. Without this, a smooth collaboration is unlikely. ⚠️ Don’t Punish Mistakes Mistakes happen. No human is perfect. A mistake can always be fixed. Instead of punishing mistakes and creating a toxic environment, we focus on refining our processes so that the same mistakes never happen again.   • Fun fact! Most of wariCrew got their jobs through cold emails. Sending that email was scary. The fear of rejection, the fear of losing, the fear of no response. There are plenty of reasons to avoid sending that email. But overcoming that fear of rejection or losing is the only way to succeed. If we hadn’t done that, none of us would be part of this team today. So this is your reminder to take that leap! 💪 💪
