I recently came across an intriguing Forbes article by Daniel Pell, the Vice President and Country Manager for UK and Ireland at Workday. His perspectives on AI in the workplace are enlightening, particularly regarding the crucial role of trust in technology adoption. 🔍 Key Insights: -Trust Over Technology: Pell emphasizes that the success of AI doesn't solely depend on its innovativeness but rather on the trust people have in the technology to deliver reliable results. -Survey Speaks Volumes: Workday's survey reveals that while 62% of leaders are open to adopting AI, there remains a similar percentage that doubts whether AI can be implemented responsibly. -Strategies to Build Trust in AI: Familiarity Breeds Trust. Pell argues that for people to trust AI, they need to understand how it works, its benefits, and its limitations. Harassment by Mr Avinaash Gupta, manager at Henry Harvin Henry Harvin India Education LLP and non payment of my dues.
I have been harassed and not given my due payment of Rs 1,14,000 INR by Avinaash Gupta who was my manager at Henry Harvin Henry Harvin India Education LLP ,Headquartered at "Henry Harvin House, B-12, Sector 6, Noida, Uttar Pradesh 201301"(All proof attached below) He called me , yelled at me and said disturbing words that has added to my mental agony, on top of that he has explicitly denied my payment. I being an independent contractor have opened my own small initiative to teach workday HCM and they couldn't bear a women progressing in this field. They accused me of stealing their candidates when I have just opened this initiative. I told them clearly in mail that why anybody who is paying at Henry Harvin, would come to me for training again? Why would somebody give double amount of money for the same training?? But instead of all that logic, I am still being harassed to the core and not being paid my due amount. I have been trying to constantly message everyone in the trainer whatsapp group since 28th may 2024 But everybody is avoiding my whatsapp messages and calls. Even after mailing everything...everyday(two times) to the CEO Kounal Gupta 🍏 of Henry Harvin since 28th May 2024, he,his management and his employees have not replied to me and have not solved my issues. They are telling students coming to them who are asking of me that IAM DEAD(Please see proof attached) I request UTTAR PRADESH POLICE ( ''सुरक्षा आपकी, संकल्प हमारा" ) ,Uttar Pradesh Police Noida Police to help me in contacting women safety cell, Women Power Line or CAW cell(whichever is handling POSH cases) in Noida to help me file a complaint against the company and it's respective employees. I request the National Commission for Women - India to help me file a formal complaint against the employees of this company that has violated women rights and have caused me deep mental agony and pain. I request the Government of Uttar Pradesh ,Government of UP & CM Office, GoUP to help me file a complaint in state women commission against the accused, the management and the CEO for not instituting a ICC(internal complaints committee) as per POSH act,2013 for all harassment cases. Even after repeatedly telling them , they have not replied to me at all. As it is very hard for a women to work and handle her family as well, On top of blatant harassment, They are making it harder by denying me my payment which I needed for my own sustenance. I have already mailed the CEO all the invoices and tickets I raised in the system. I request the CEO Kounal Gupta 🍏to initiate an internal complains committee against the accused Avinaash Gupta as per POSH act, 2013 and give my due payment as soon as possible I have been trying so hard to not make this public, but due to the company's posture of non-adherence to any written complaint I made internally first, I fear I will bear the financial burden and legal fees associated with prosecuting them till i get my due

Step 2: Intersection Security Groups ->To further refine access, you create an intersection security group combining the "Cost Center Administrators" with a location-based security group. ->For example, this intersection could be for users in the European office, ensuring that only those in specific locations have access to cost center data relevant to their region. Step 3: Aggregation Security Groups ->You also utilize aggregation security groups, which combine multiple security groups. ->This allows members of any included security groups to access shared resources without modifying individual permissions frequently. ->This setup provides flexibility and scalability as organizational needs evolve. Step 4: Implementing Changes and Managing Access ->When a new Finance employee joins the team or an existing member transitions to a different role, updating their security group membership ensures they have appropriate access levels. ->For instance, when a Sales Ops employee moves to Marketing, their access to sensitive sales compensation data is automatically revoked once they leave the "Sales Ops" security group. Important: Change Management and Security Effective change management requires maintaining a balance between securing sensitive data and ensuring usability. Here are a few best practices to keep in mind: ->Regular Reviews: Periodically review user-based security groups to ensure that employees only have access to data necessary for their roles. ->Simplified Security Structure: Avoid overly complicated security groups with numerous intersections and exclusions. Simplify wherever possible to reduce administrative overhead and potential errors. ->Compliance Monitoring: Keep track of changes in security configurations to stay compliant with regulations like GDPR. Ensure all modifications are documented and approved by management. By strategically utilizing Workday’s security groups, you can safeguard your data while enabling seamless transitions and maintaining productivity during periods of change.
