#KRONOS2024: It was a pleasure to learn from Ms. Renu Jethani, HR Head - India & South Africa at Sutherland Global in the panel discussion on “Data-Driven HR: Leveraging Analytics for Better Decision Making” at #KRONOS2024. She believes that data analytics has done to HR and strategy what online dating has done to relationships. She further emphasized the need for effective hiring and retention strategies, especially during crucial times of the HR cycle associated with peak attrition and intake rates. Ms. Renu Jethani emphasized that ethics are paramount in maintaining trust. She noted that while data analytics can offer valuable insights into employee work patterns, it is crucial to carefully consider privacy concerns, especially during break times. By leveraging data analytics, organizations can identify early warning signals of potential attrition and implement targeted solutions that preserve profitability. Madhumeta’s expertise in blending insights from economics, design, sociology, and cognitive sciences has been pivotal in decoding consumer behavior, particularly in areas like product adoption, customer satisfaction, and brand equity. Her ability to design and test scalable behavioural interventions has significantly influenced strategic business decisions. It was an honor to host Captain Unmesh Abhyankar, CEO of Dredging business at Adani Ports and SEZ, as part of our esteemed Guest Speaker Series on 22nd August 2024.
