𝗞𝗲𝘆 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀: - Expertise in Automotive SPICE and ISO 26262 Functional Safety processes. - Define, deploy, and harmonize processes across projects. - Perform gap analysis, internal assessments, and audits. - Mentor teams to ensure ASPICE and functional safety compliance. - Lead KPI analysis for process compliance and safety improvements. - Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver high-quality results. 𝗦𝗸𝗶𝗹𝗹𝘀 & 𝗘𝘅𝗽𝗲𝗿𝘁𝗶𝘀𝗲: - Proven experience in ASPICE and ISO 26262 implementation. - Strong expertise in quality management and embedded systems development. - Ability to conduct gap analysis, internal audits, and compliance assessments. - Excellent communication, collaboration, and leadership skills. - Experience with tools like DOORS, MATLAB, MKS, or CATIA (preferred). - ASPICE and ISO 26262 certifications are a plus.
