Role Overview:

We are seeking an Associate Manager of Growth Marketing for Razorpay POS. This role requires a strategic thinker with a hands-on approach to drive growth through innovative marketing strategies. You will be responsible for exploring new platforms, optimizing user acquisition and retention, cross-selling across other business units (BUs), and generating high-quality leads to support our business expansion.

Key Responsibilities:


Growth Marketing:

  • Develop and execute innovative growth strategies to drive user acquisition, engagement, and retention for Razorpay POS.
  • Lead and manage full-funnel experiments from ideation to implementation and analysis, identifying opportunities for business scaling.
  • Utilize customer lifecycle management tools to run personalized and automated growth campaigns across various customer touchpoints.
  • Identify and test new growth platforms, channels, and partnerships to expand our reach and impact.
  • Collaborate with product, sales, and customer success teams to ensure alignment and leverage cross-functional opportunities for growth.

Cross-Selling:

  • Design and implement strategies to effectively cross-sell Razorpay POS and other products across different BUs.
  • Identify customer segments with potential for cross-selling opportunities and develop targeted campaigns to promote relevant products.
  • Work closely with other BU marketing teams to ensure consistent messaging and coordinated efforts in cross-selling initiatives.
  • Monitor and analyze cross-selling campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.

Data and Analytics:

  • Establish and maintain dashboards and reporting systems using tools like Tableau to track and report on key growth and cross-selling metrics.
  • Apply A/B testing and other experimental methods to refine marketing strategies and drive decision-making.
  • Analyze data to provide actionable insights and recommendations for continuous improvement in growth and cross-selling initiatives.

SEO and Content:

  • Drive SEO strategies to increase organic traffic and visibility, including the identification and implementation of key optimizations to enhance SEO performance.
  • Collaborate with content studio to develop and execute content marketing strategies that support growth and cross-selling objectives.

Collaboration and Communication:

  • Work closely with the sales team to ensure a consistent flow of high-quality leads and support the sales pipeline with targeted marketing efforts.
  • Partner with the product team to align marketing initiatives with product developments and new feature launches.
  • Communicate growth and cross-selling results to stakeholders, delivering clear and actionable insights and updates.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. MBA is a plus.
  • 4 years of experience in growth marketing roles, preferably in the fintech or SaaS industries.
  • Proven track record in driving user acquisition, growth, and cross-selling through creative and data-driven marketing strategies.
  • Strong proficiency in marketing analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush, Tableau).
  • Experience with marketing automation tools such as MoEngage and CleverTap.
  • Strong understanding of SEO best practices and experience in implementing strategies to boost organic traffic.
  • Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with a proactive and results-oriented approach.
