Job Description

Key Responsibilities :

  • Coordinate with the design and development teams to resolve complex application and system issues.
  • Troubleshoot and rectify application issues.
  • Perform root cause analysis to identify the reasons for the underlying issue.
  • Debug any server issues that impact application performance.
  • Coordinate with the quality assurance and development team to administer code migrations across various environments.
  • Prepare and maintain documentation for all issues and the implemented solutions.
  • UAT Release deployment.

Academic Qualification: B.E / B.Tech / MCA

Technical Skills

Database : Oracle, MSSQL, SQL plus, PL/SQL

  • To implement and maintain systems for production, testing, and troubleshoot performance issues.
  • Provide front-end application and back-end database support, analyze data using SQL queries

App Proficiency

  • Skills required for implementing applications with respect to Java / Core .NET technologies.
  • Understanding and testing of APIs using tools like Postman / Swagger / SOAP.

Middleware

  • Hosting windows IIS application.
  • Deployment and configuration of instance in weblogic, log analyses, monitoring and troubleshooting.
