Dost, an AI startup based in Chennai, is on the lookout for a highly skilled Machine Learning Specialist with a deep focus on Large Language Models (LLM) to drive the creation of our proprietary LLM and escalate the capabilities of our existing products. This role, as part of the core founding team, comes with substantial equity, offering a significant growth trajectory for a driven professional.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the architecture, development, and optimization of a proprietary Large Language Model to advance Dost's conversational AI prowess.
• Engage in cross-functional collaboration to scale and refine existing products, ensuring seamless integration and performance enhancement.
• Institute robust testing, validation, and deployment protocols for machine learning models to ascertain accuracy and reliability.
• Remain abreast of cutting-edge advancements in AI/ML domain, assimilating pertinent innovations to maintain Dost’s technological vanguard.

Qualifications:

• Master’s/PhD in Computer Science, Machine Learning, AI, or a related technical field.
• Minimum of 3 years experience in AI/Deep Learning, with a demonstrable track record in LLM like GPT-3 or similar.
• Proficient in Python, with hands-on experience in TensorFlow or PyTorch.
• Solid understanding and experience with AWS infrastructure, including but not limited to EC2, S3, and DynamoDB.
