Roles & Responsibilities
Develop and implement CSS solutions to enhance the user experience of our web applications.
Collaborate with design and product teams to transform visual designs into interactive and responsive web pages.
Mentor junior engineers in best practices for CSS and front-end development.
Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in CSS and front-end development, ensuring our applications are built using modern techniques.
Optimize and refactor existing CSS code to improve performance and maintainability.
Participate in code reviews to ensure code quality and consistency.
Work closely with back-end engineers to integrate front-end components with server-side logic.
Skills & Qualifications
B.E/B.Tech from top-ranked colleges.
Proven experience (3+ years) in front-end development with a strong focus on CSS.
Expertise in CSS3, HTML5, and pre-processing platforms such as SASS or LESS.
Strong understanding of responsive design principles and mobile-first development.
Experience with CSS frameworks and libraries such as Tailwind CSS, Bootstrap, or Bulma.
Proficiency in JavaScript and familiarity with front-end frameworks/libraries such as React, Vue.js, Alpine.js, or Angular.
Ability to mentor junior engineers.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git) and build tools (e.g., Webpack, Gulp).
Experience with performance optimization techniques for front-end applications.
Familiarity with design tools such as Sketch, Figma, or Adobe XD.
Knowledge of accessibility standards and best practices.
Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development process.
