Position Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and creative Social Media Executive to join our Hospitality Department. The ideal candidate will have a passion for fashion and hospitality, a flair for storytelling, and a keen understanding of social media platforms. The Social Media Executive will be responsible for developing and executing engaging content strategies, managing our social media presence, and fostering community engagement to enhance our brand visibility in the hospitality sector.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies to promote Fashion TV’s hospitality initiatives and partnerships.
  • Create, curate, and manage published content across various social media platforms (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn).
  • Monitor social media trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth and engagement.
  • Collaborate with the Hospitality Department to highlight luxury hotels, restaurants, and events through compelling visual and written content.
  • Engage with followers, respond to inquiries, and foster a positive online community.
  • Analyze social media metrics and performance data to assess the effectiveness of campaigns and make data-driven decisions.
  • Assist in planning and promoting hospitality-related events, collaborations, and influencer partnerships.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, fashion news, and social media innovations to keep our content fresh and relevant.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Hospitality Management, or a related field. An MBA is preferred.
  • 1-3 years of experience in social media management, preferably within the hospitality or fashion industry.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms, analytics tools, and best practices.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a creative flair for storytelling.
  • Experience in graphic design or video editing is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Passion for fashion, hospitality, and lifestyle trends.

Preferred Experience

  • Previous experience in the hospitality industry or a strong understanding of luxury brands and their marketing strategies.
  • Familiarity with influencer marketing and partnership management.
