Job Title- Service Now-Solution Architect

Experience-8 yrs to 12yrs

Location -Hyderabad, Kolkata, Pune, Mumbai, Chennai, Bangalore.

Mandatory Skills: Certificate who have CSA and CAD is mandatory with minimum 5+ years of experience in ServiceNow Module ; ITSM with ITAM , HRSD, IRM , Secops, ITOM should be met.

Platform architect is a technical leader who documents the overall platform design and helps to analyze the impact of new requirements

• Enterprise Security and Architecture
• Enterprise and/or IT Service Management
• ServiceNow advanced system administration
• ServiceNow application development
• Experience with database design schemas and data modelling
• Strong requirements gathering experience

• Responsibilities JD-

• Define guide and support the execution of technical governance processes
• Help develop standards and practices for maintaining the ServiceNow architecture model
• Support design and implementation of a platform operating model to achieve desired outcomes and foster enduser adoption
• Provide technical evaluation of demands against ServiceNow platform architecture platform capabilities and best practices
• Offers guidance on prototyping and accelerating time from design to deployment
• Advises on configuration and coding standards
• Supports remediation of configurations not aligned to ServiceNow best practices
