🌍 International Day of Climate Action: A Call for Collective Action 🌍 Climate change impacts us all, but the most vulnerable—farmers, fisherfolk, the urban poor, transgender individuals, and women in sex work—face the greatest risks. These communities struggle with limited access to resources, housing, healthcare, and infrastructure, making adaptation even more challenging. In the coming days, we'll spotlight how CAC member organisations are taking both small and big steps to help these communities adapt to climate change and build resilience. Together, we can work towards a sustainable, inclusive future where no one is left behind. Stay tuned for inspiring stories of action and impact! 💚 #ClimateAction #InclusiveFuture #CAC #ClimateResilience
