Our panelists shared powerful insights on embedding DEI into CSR strategies, building purpose-driven business models, and ensuring that inclusion isn’t just a policy—it’s a lived experience. One powerful insight? The success of DEI and CSR isn’t measured by policies or reports—it’s defined by the experiences of the people they’re meant to empower. Employees, consumers, and stakeholders are the true brand ambassadors of these efforts, and their lived experiences determine whether an organisation is truly inclusive or just performative. The discussion also highlighted that purpose and profit go hand in hand. Today, CEOs rank purpose-driven business among their top five priorities, influenced by stakeholder expectations, ESG commitments, and an evolving workforce.
