While job retention confidence among Indian professionals has shifted to 62%, this change is a call to action for proactive skill enhancement. 𝗞𝗲𝘆 𝗜𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗴𝗵𝘁𝘀: 🔹 79% of professionals now recognize upskilling as crucial for career longevity, with 92% of seasoned experts (17+ years of experience) leading this charge. 🔹 Entry-level professionals are increasingly committed to skill development, with 83% planning to invest in upskilling, up from 75% last year. 🔹 Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, and Machine Learning skills top the list for upskilling preferences, aligning with industry-wide innovation priorities. 🔹 The intent to upskill in FY25 was highest among professionals from manufacturing, engineering, capital goods, and BFSI. These findings suggest a workforce actively seeking to remain relevant and competitive.
