[#Inde] 🇮🇳 🇫🇷 Du 7 au 10 octobre 2024, le #GIFAS conduit une importante délégation d'entreprises en Inde. Cette délégation est composée de plus de 100 représentants de haut niveau de 60 entreprises, dont des maîtres d'œuvre, des équipementiers, des PMEs et des start-ups, représentant l'ensemble de l’industrie #aéronautique, #spatiale et de #défense française. Une occasion unique pour les entreprises françaises et indiennes... 📌de mieux comprendre leurs attentes respectives, 📌de multiplier les partenariats afin d’accompagner la croissance de l'industrie aérospatiale indienne. L'Inde héberge déjà plus de 60 entreprises françaises membres du GIFAS sur plus de 30 sites industriels. Cette présence témoigne du dynamisme de la coopération entre nos deux nations et de la volonté des entreprises françaises de contribuer au succès du programme « Make in India ». La #formation, l' #innovation et la #décarbonation font partie des thèmes d'excellence de cette coopération, déclinée par les différents donneurs d'ordre à travers de multiples actions. La délégation indienne, menée par Society of Indian Defence Manufacturers , FICCI et ISpA- Indian Space Association, homologues du GIFAS - Groupement des Industries Françaises Aéronautiques et Spatiales en Inde, compte plus de 160 invités de l'industrie indienne. A l'occasion de la journée inaugurale du 7 octobre 2024 à Delhi, plusieurs voix se sont exprimés : Guillaume Faury, Président du GIFAS et PDG d'Airbus, Thierry Mathou, Ambassadeur de France en Inde, le Général Gaël Diaz de Tuesta, DGAC, et des officiels indiens sous l’égide de Shri Ram Mohan Naidu Kinjarapu, Ministre de l’Aviation Civile en Inde. [#PressRelease] Hindustan Aeronautics Limited (HAL) and #SAFHAL Helicopter Engines Pvt. Ltd. (SAFHAL) have signed an airframer contract, to commence joint design, development, manufacture, supply, and support of a new generation high power engine named #Aravalli for the 13-ton Medium Lift class, Indian Multi-Role #Helicopter (#IMRH) and the Deck-Based Multi-Role Helicopter (DBMRH), being designed and developed by HAL.

L’impression de vitesse est saisissante, et moi qui ai vu pas mal de coins de la Terre 🌍 défiler sous un aéronef ou un engin spatial, j’imagine la sensation 🫨. Ça permet aussi de se rendre compte que le plus gros souci pour un alunissage n’est pas de contrôler de manière automatique la vitesse verticale (un radio altimètre y parvient bien)⬇️, mais plutôt la vitesse horizontale➡️… pas d’anémomètre ou de GPS sur la lune 😅 ! Les Rafale et A400M Atlas ont atterri sur la base aérienne de Sulur, tandis que l’A330 Phénix MRTT a rejoint la base de Thanjavur.
