At Tata Consulting Engineers Limited (#TCE), we're passionate about fostering a healthy and sustainable work environment. As a part of the Tata Sustainability Month initiative, we recently hosted a Homemade Vegan Potluck across six delivery centres – Noida, Bangalore, Mumbai, Jamshedpur, Pune, and Kolkata. It was a delightful display of culinary creativity, with employees showcasing a variety of delicious vegan dishes. Highlights of the day included Beetroot roti and palak roti, oatmeal and tofu palak, veggie-loaded pink wraps, idli chutney, vegan chocolate, moonlet, burrito, and mouthwatering desserts.
