Here are some standout trends: ✨ 𝐇𝐢𝐠𝐡 𝐀𝐜𝐡𝐢𝐞𝐯𝐞𝐫𝐬: Non-STEM fields are leading in inclusion efforts, with the strongest themes emerging in Institutional Commitment and Branding & Advocacy. These fields showcase proactive support, policy advocacy, and active awareness programs to foster welcoming environments for LGBT+ students and staff. In the STEM field, more institutions are embracing diversity in traditionally underrepresented disciplines, signaling a much-needed change. 📢 𝐅𝐫𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐥𝐲 𝐀𝐝𝐨𝐩𝐭𝐞𝐝 𝐏𝐫𝐚𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐜𝐞𝐬: Institutions are stepping up with comprehensive support, strong anti-harassment policies, gender-neutral facilities, and initiatives on gender sensitization.
