Popular pizza chain in Dubai, Dodo Pizza, are no noobs wielding the magic of AI into their trademark pizza dough. The pizzeria has a menu with one AI-generated pizza for its customers for free! Keeping up with the AI revolution, Dodo Pizza has been experimenting with OpenAI’s ChatGPT to curate the perfect pizza for connoisseurs. With Dubai being a true cosmopolitan city, the popular pizzeria wanted to serve a unique pizza that would appeal to every Indian, Pakistanis, Filipinos, Arabs, and European and American folks who make up the cultural mix of about 90% of immigrants. Speaking with the BBC, chef Spartak Arutyunyan, the head of the menu development of the city branch, stated how he got the AI chatbot to generate its now very viral pizza. He asked ChatGPT to come up with a recipe for the ‘Best Pizza in Dubai.’ He also added the context behind the ask. And the AI didn’t disappoint, although the chef was skeptical of the recipe. The potential pizza was to be made of toppings that included Middle Eastern Za’atar, herbs, tahini sauce, Indian grilled paneer cheese, and Arab shawarma chicken. The pizza, according to the chef, is a massive hit.
