بهمنظور استفاده در صنعت بستهبندی، فیلمهای پلاستیکی جهتدار در تناژ بالایی تولید میشوند. این فیلمها در اغلب موارد دو محوره هستند. به این معنی که کشش در دو جهت اعمال میشود تا ویژگیهای فیلم در جهت دستگاه (جهت طولی فیلم) و همچنین در جهت عرضی بهبود یابد. این ویژگیها باید نیازهایی مانند انعطافپذیری و خواص مکانیکی بستهبندی محصولات را برآورده کنند. بدین معنی که بستهبندی در عین داشتن انعطافپذیری، باید یک عملکرد محافظتی نیز داشته باشد. حفاظت از محصول بستهبندیشده، با خواص ممانعت بالا در برابر گازها (بخار آب، اکسیژن و غیره) و همچنین درزگیریهای با کیفیت خوب بهدست میآید. همچنین ظاهر فیلم بستهبندی با براقیت زیاد، شفاف و با قابلیت چاپپذیری با استفاده از فیلمهای نازک حاصل میشود. #آریا_پلیمر #فیلمهای_BOPP #صنعت_بستهبندی #Aria_Add_2236 #Aria_Add_2424 #Aria_Add_2114

 در بخش اول مقاله کمک فرآیندها، به انواع ناپایداریهای جریان که باعث شکست مذاب و بهوجود آمدن انواع اعوجاج میشوند، راه حلها و همچنین بررسی انواع کمک فرآیندها بهمنظور جلوگیری از ناپایداری جریان پرداخته شد. در بخش دوم به بررسی طیفی از ناپایداریهای جریان که میتوانند در طول فرآیند اکستروژن پلیمرهای ترموپلاستیک رخ دهند و همچنین مکانیزمهای بهوجود آمدن آنها و مرز مشترک دیواره و مذاب پلیمری میپردازیم. ناپایداریهای جریان به سه دسته کلی تقسیم میشود و ویژگیهای کلی ناپایداریها را میتوان از بررسی دو منحنی جریان در نمودار شکل 1 بررسی کرد. #آریا_پلیمر #کمک_فرآیند_پلیمر #Aria_Add_2101 #Aria_Add_2105

در اکستروژن پلیمر و سایر روشهای تجاری فرآیند کردن پلیمرها مانند ریسندگی الیاف، دمیدن فیلم، قالبگیری دمشی، کشش و ریختهگری فیلم؛ مذابهای پلیمری که از سر قالب (دای) بیرون میآیند، اغلب دارای ناپایداری جریان در سطح هستند و بهصورت اعوجاج در محصول اکسترودشده خود را نشان میدهند. این ناپایداریهای جریان که مجموعاً بهعنوان شکست مذاب (Melt fracture) شناخته میشوند، بهشکل اعوجاجهایی خود را نشان میدهند. سه نوع شکست مذاب حاصل از ناپایداری جریان، بهشکل اعوجاجهای پوست کوسهای (Sharkskin)، چسبیدن-لغزش (Stick-slip) و شکست مذاب نامنظم و درشت (Gross melt fracture) خود را نشان میدهد. اعوجاجهای متناوب با دامنه کوچک روی سطح مذاب پلیمری از نوع پوست کوسهای و اعوجاجهای شدید و نامنظم در سرعتهای جریان بالاتر از نوع اعوجاجهای Gross melt fracture هستند. در اعوجاجهای نوع Stick-Slip، حرکت مذاب دائماً بهصورت گیر کردن به دیواره اکسترودر و رها شدن است. #آریا_پلیمر #کمک_فرآیند_پلیمر #Aria_Add_2101 #Aria_Add_2105
