From wig styling to face painting, Jessica has mastered new skills, all while making unforgettable memories for the kids she meets. Balancing her day job with running Prinsessur, Jessica applies her data skills by automating tasks and scheduling months in advance. Her love for children and knack for planning has helped her grow into a business owner and team leader. Her advice for anyone curious about “princessing”? “Start with cosplay! Since 1974, Hein Annema, Riny Engels, Mathieu van Hal, John Hoffman, Wiel Nuijen, Toon Schaap, and Kees Vloet have contributed their skills and dedication to Marel. Today, we’re excited to introduce Sean Mills, an Engineering Manager in Colchester, UK, who has a deep passion for rugby as both a player and a coach. 🏉 With over 22 years of experience in senior men’s rugby, Sean has been a club captain at Harwich & Dovercourt Rugby Club and now dedicates his time to coaching the next generation. He’s currently working towards the England Rugby Coaching Award and finds immense joy in guiding the U7s and U8s, including his own son, Jonny, in the sport. Balancing his role at Marel with his rugby commitments requires careful planning, but the support from his colleagues and the flexibility of his work schedule make it possible. Sean’s love for the game is fueled by the camaraderie, teamwork, and positive impact rugby has on the community.
