ACPV ARCHITECTS Head of BIM Emiliano Capasso and Deputy Head of BIM Vincenzo Panasiti will attend “BIM e intelligenza artificiale”, part of “BIM (K)now!” conference series by Professor Vittorio Andrea Sellaro and Design Data Users. A panel discussion on the integration synergies between BIM and Artificial Intelligence, with an emphasis on highlighting the future prospects of this synergy their integration. Emiliano and Vincenzo will talk about ACPV ARCHITECTS' ethical approach and internal standards for computational modeling, which promote a consistent coherent human-machine language. They will go into detail about our studio’s project developed with Marazzi Group and Reply, where AI enabled the generation of innovative patterns for ceramic surfaces through structured datasets and advanced design models. November 5, from 6.00 pm. ACPV ARCHITECTS CEO Patricia Viel will attend “Milano, un nuovo slancio", part of “Il Bello dell’Italia” series of talks by Corriere della Sera. A discussion panel focused on the economic, social and cultural legacy of Expo 2015 in Milan, exploring how the city has changed over the past ten years and how the housing issue has become crucial. Patricia Viel will go into detail about architectural aspects, focusing on developers' and constructors' requirements. Glad to share that ACPV ARCHITECTS project for The Sky Taipei received Honorable Mention at the International Architecture Awards 2024. Located in Taipei's Xinyi District, the mixed-use tower will become a new landmark and a global destination, reflecting Taiwan's unique balance of modernism and tradition. The base of the building will offer a welcoming, multi-functional public space, while lower levels will integrate retail spaces, restaurants and a performance center that lead to two hotels: Andaz Taipei; and Park Hyatt Taipei with interiors designed by our studio. Yesterday MilanoSesto broke ground with Unione Zero. A significant milestone for the first private development parcel of Sesto San Giovanni’s former Falck area. As part of MilanoSesto, one of the most important urban regeneration projects in Europe, ACPV ARCHITECTS designed new office spaces for Intesa Sanpaolo and a 250-room hotel. This project has been conceived with environmental sustainability and energy efficiency at its core, following LEED and WELL standards. October 10, from 10.00 am. ACPV ARCHITECTS will join the “Inspiring Cities” event, celebrating COIMA’s 50th anniversary. From the Olympic Village construction site in Porta Romana, Milan, students from 13 Italian universities will illustrate their vision of the future of cities, together with their deans and architects that have worked with COIMA in the last decades. Representing our studio, CEO & Co-Founder Patricia Viel will talk about the challenges of urban transformation and the increasing importance of shared spaces to improving quality of life and fostering a sense of belonging and community.
