EuroBLECH 2024 will be the opportunity to provide visitors with all the information about the new servo presses of DSF-NE2 Series as well as all the AIDA press line series, included servo presses, high-speed automatic presses for lamination and precision forming presses. The DSF-NE2 Series was awarded Product of the Year in the “Metal Forming and Punching” category at the EuroBLECH Awards 2022. "Realizzare le piastre bipolari necessarie per generare elettricità combinando idrogeno e ossigeno all’interno delle pile a combustibile o cella a combustibile è una sfida tecnologica che AIDA ha vinto sviluppando una linea di presse ad alta rigidità. La serie BEX di AIDA, la cui meccanica è stata progettata in Giappone mentre la parte elettrica e impiantistica è stata perfezionata in Italia, è composta da più versioni che si distinguono per tonnellaggio e livello di rigidezza. Ai modelli della serie BEX-HR (High Rigidity), ad esempio, AIDA ha applicato tutte le soluzioni idonee a massimizzare la precisione ottenibile nel processo di stampaggio, pur con forze fino a 18.000 kN. I modelli della serie BEX-SR (Standard Rigidity) sono invece i più adatti alla produzione di piastre bipolari destinate agli elettrolizzatori: l’architettura è la stessa, ma poiché in questo caso sono richieste precisioni e forze meno estreme si ha un evidente beneficio in termini di valore della macchina." "Nachdem 2018 die erste Servopresse in der 800-Tonnen-Klasse des Typs DSF-TE4 von AIDA am Standort in Traunreut eingezogen ist, ist Anfang dieses Jahres die zweite dazugekommen. Der größte Hausgerätehersteller in Europa nutzt die Pressen für die Fertigung von beispielsweise Bauteilen für Backofen- und Herdgehäuse.
