Siamo specializzati nella progettazione, realizzazione e fornitura di sistemi integrati e strumenti per l’analisi di gas e liquidi. La nostra offerta comprende inoltre rilevatori di fiamme e gas e strumenti di misura e test. Abbiamo sviluppato il software (XGAS®) per gestire un sistema di analisi completo, automatizzare processi ed emettere certificati di analisi. La presenza di sinottici rende le sue schermate semplici e intuitive ed è possibile personalizzarlo per adeguarlo alle esigenze specifiche di quel processo. L’esperienza di oltre 25 anni di attività, e le numerose referenze, ci permettono di offrire una soluzione adeguata a diversi settori, tra cui: produzione gas, chimico-farmaceutico, oil & gas, produzione energia, alimentare, trattamento acque, termoidraulica e molti altri. Il nostro obbiettivo è essere il tuo unico interlocutore in tutte le fasi del progetto: dallo studio di fattibilità, alla progettazione ingegneristica, fino all’installazione del prodotto e all’assistenza. Crediamo fortemente nell’innovazione e annualmente investiamo risorse per la ricerca di nuove tecniche di analisi per sviluppare ulteriormente il nostro software XGAS al fine di automatizzare sempre più processi, fino alla robotizzazione.

We have just delivered two analyzer houses - for an 𝗛𝘆𝗱𝗿𝗼𝗴𝗲𝗻 𝗽𝗹𝗮𝗻𝘁 - that will be used one to install the plant PLC and one to store a set of gas chromatographs to qualify the Hydrogen produced. The systems are completed with external panel in AISI 316 with pressure relief valves, Swagelok fittings, control unit and detection sensors O2/H2, as well as a complete electrical panel. APT, in collaboration with Norsk Analyse, has just successfully completed the FAT of a set of analytical instrumentation for the ENI Congo LNG Project, performed at Norsk’s integration facility in Oman. The total scope includes: 𝗽𝗛, 𝗖𝗼𝗻𝗱𝘂𝗰𝘁𝗶𝘃𝗶𝘁𝘆, 𝗖𝗵𝗹𝗼𝗿𝗶𝗻𝗲 and 𝗢𝗶𝗹 𝗶𝗻 𝗪𝗮𝘁𝗲𝗿 analyzers completed with sampling and 𝗦𝗮𝗺𝗽𝗹𝗲 𝗥𝗲𝗰𝗼𝘃𝗲𝗿𝘆 Systems. Now they are ready to be shipped and commissioned on the Scarabeo 5 FPSO vessel. Thanks to our entire team and our partner for this great achievement together!👏
