In an in-depth conversation with Dr. Maria Carla Tabanelli, an occupational psychologist and biosystemic psychotherapist, we delved into the impact of psychological wellness when it comes to personal and work relationships, and vice versa. Through our Mind Explorer campaign, we offer a range of enriching activities, including in-depth conversations, engaging podcasts and site visits with psychologists. Our goal is to create a supportive environment in which our teams can thrive both personally and professionally, while continuing to prioritize holistic health.
