🎖️Proprietary Format - 1st🎖️ Google Cloud Summit Benelux ‘24 Daymakers Group Google Cloud A Google Cloud event designed to kickstart innovation and collaboration, connecting businesses, digital pioneers, and public sector leaders from the Benelux to explore the latest in cloud technology. We had the privilege of hosting this year’s Google Cloud Summit Benelux. Our goal was to create a strong impact by updating clients on the latest from Google Cloud Next. We used the familiar Google Cloud Summit format to provide teams and partners with a trusted platform, ensuring impactful results. For our sub-objectives, we aimed to: achieve a 70% attendance rate, boost participant numbers by 30% compared to 2023, achieve an NPS-score of +70%, hit our sponsorship target at 100%, inspire attendees to take actionable steps for growth and strategic transformation, personalize the event while maintaining the NEXT format and deliver a seamless and inspiring experience that captures the Google Cloud Summit’s essence.

Bea World Festival – the International Festival of Events and Live Communication – is the essential meeting place and networking event for the international event community. Three inspiring days full of creativity, networking opportunities, knowledge transfer and destination experiences culminate in the ceremonies celebrating the winners of the Best Event Awards. Heads of event agencies, corporate event directors, senior representatives of event associations, trade media from over 35 countries attend the Festival every year to celebrate creativity, exchange ideas and best practices, and create business opportunities.

🎖️Use of Artificial Intelligence - 1st🎖️ Yuuki & the Escape Room onliveline GmbH - office for transformation & storytelling - member of 27Names Takeda Pharma Vertrieb GmbH & Co. KG Yuuki is a 3D-protagonist, teaching Takeda’s employees about AI. She created an escape room, asking them to help her by using AI tools. The gamification taught collaborative learning w/o hierarchies. AI brings incredible new tools onto the market, allowing for a much more efficient way of working in corporations. But we are experiencing this development in an incredible speed. We therefore can no longer formally teach specific applications and usage. Instead, we must completely change the way we learn in organizations. Away from formal structures and towards curious, co-created exploration and the use of individual expertise, independent of hierarchies. We therefore developed an escape room game, where the employees playfully explore together using AI tools. It was also important for us to create a format that we could use beyond the event: The escape room as well as the character of Yuuki and the connected storytelling.

🎖️Integrated Event - 1st🎖️ Break the Silence Onemotion IMC Stockholm Live To raise mental health awareness among youth, Break the Silence with Avicii Arena launches the world’s most expensive cap – the only accepted payment is your emotions. The primary objective of “Break the Silence” was to raise awareness about mental health issues among young people aged 13-25, leveraging Avicii Arena as a platform for continuous engagement. The key business impact aimed to increase Avicii Arena’s and partners association with mental health initiatives. Over all to make the arena a constant megaphone to increase awareness about mental health among young people. Participants were encouraged to engage deeply with the emotional themes of the campaign, through “The World’s Most Expensive Cap” activation, where emotions were the only form of currency.

🎖️Organisational Complexity Management - 1st🎖️ 2024 G7 Heads of State and Government Summit Triumph Group International & Ega worldwide congresses & events Italian Presidency of the Council of Ministers – Delegation for the Italian Presidency of the G7 The 50th G7 Summit, held from June 13 to 15, 2024, in Borgo Egnazia (Puglia), brought together 26 leaders from delegations around the world to discuss topical issues. Climate change, Artificial Intelligence, and Sustainability were among the main themes underlying the agenda of G7 2024. The 3-day event and the chosen sites were carefully selected and set up to encourage meeting and dialogue on these issues. The choice of Apulia itself was not accidental, as it represents a bridge between West and East, a symbol of tradition and strength, but also of openness and collaboration. The area was an integral part of both the working and the more playful moments, with the involvement of local suppliers and artists within a program full of moments of encounter with Nature, culture and traditions of the region.

🎖️Low Budget Event - 1st🎖️ Embroidered with pain SUN Event Pact Ukraine A media project and exhibition raising awareness of wartime sexual violence through embroidered rushnyks, targeting survivors and the public to promote healing and support. The media project ‘Embroidered with Pain’ aimed to raise awareness of wartime sexual violence and support survivors by telling their stories through embroidered rushnyks. The objective was to change public attitudes, spark open discussion, and increase understanding of these sensitive issues. We aimed to evoke strong emotions, as people often avoid these topics as a form of psychological self-defense. Participants learned about the survivors’ stories, traditional Ukrainian embroidery, and were encouraged to visit the project’s website for more information, legal and psychological support.

The objective of Andalusian Crush at FITUR 2024, the world’s most prestigious international tourism fair, was to drive the highest number of connections and business opportunities in the B2B sector, positioning the Spanish region of Andalusia as an innovative and sustainable destination. Through immersive experiences and advanced technologies, participants were encouraged to discover the latest regional tourism offerings and products, fostering commercial relationships.

The Dutch Grand Prix is a vibrant race festival blending high-speed motorsport with show and entertainment. It targets fans, friends and families, aiming to create unforgettable experiences. The primary objective of the Formula 1 Heineken Dutch Grand Prix was to elevate the race weekend into The Ultimate Race Festival, celebrating motorsport and Dutch culture. By leveraging the iconic Zandvoort circuit, passionate fans, and local hero Max Verstappen, we aimed to create an event that resonated with both race enthusiasts and festival audiences. Our goal was to boost Friday (Free Practice) ticket sales by transforming it into Super Friday, the weekend’s unmissable kick-off. We wanted participants to immerse themselves in the rich history and thrilling atmosphere that the Dutch GP embodies, fostering emotional connections and boosting brand loyalty.
