BIOAIR® is a leading brand of Contamination Control Equipment that originates from the historic Gelaire® brand, which in the early ‘70s became the "reference standard" in the field of environmental contamination control. Our product portfolio includes a complete range of equipment, from Clean-benches to Biohazard cabinets and Fume Hoods, to isolators for sterility testing, cytotoxic protection and Advanced Therapy Medicinal Products (ATMPs). Our internal R&D team allows us also to manufacture customized and bespoke units to fulfill the needs of every customer in the biotechnology and pharmaceutical field.

We are proud to announce that, starting from 2025, all the electricity purchased by Tecniplast, IWT, and Tecnilabo in Italy will come 𝐞𝐱𝐜𝐥𝐮𝐬𝐢𝐯𝐞𝐥𝐲 𝐟𝐫𝐨𝐦 𝐜𝐞𝐫𝐭𝐢𝐟𝐢𝐞𝐝 𝐫𝐞𝐧𝐞𝐰𝐚𝐛𝐥𝐞 𝐬𝐨𝐮𝐫𝐜𝐞𝐬, backed by the Guarantee of Origin from our electricity providers. 🍃 The 𝐆𝐮𝐚𝐫𝐚𝐧𝐭𝐞𝐞 𝐨𝐟 𝐎𝐫𝐢𝐠𝐢𝐧 is the only instrument recognized by the European Union that certifies the renewable origin of electricity. 🍃 Our photovoltaic installations, both current and planned, will 𝐟𝐮𝐫𝐭𝐡𝐞𝐫 𝐫𝐞𝐝𝐮𝐜𝐞 𝐨𝐮𝐫 𝐞𝐧𝐯𝐢𝐫𝐨𝐧𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐚𝐥 𝐟𝐨𝐨𝐭𝐩𝐫𝐢𝐧𝐭 by producing green electricity and minimizing our purchase needs.
