𝑽𝒆𝒓𝒊𝒇𝒊𝒄𝒂 𝒅𝒊 𝒔𝒐𝒔𝒕𝒆𝒏𝒊𝒃𝒊𝒍𝒊𝒕𝒂̀ 𝒐𝒃𝒃𝒍𝒊𝒈𝒂𝒕𝒐𝒓𝒊𝒂 𝒑𝒆𝒓 𝒊𝒎𝒑𝒊𝒂𝒏𝒕𝒊 𝒃𝒊𝒐𝒈𝒂𝒔 𝒔𝒐𝒑𝒓𝒂 𝒊 2𝑴𝑾 𝒕𝒆𝒓𝒎𝒊𝒄𝒊 Con il 𝐃𝐞𝐜𝐫𝐞𝐭𝐨 𝐒𝐨𝐬𝐭𝐞𝐧𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐚̀ per tutti gli impianti biogas (nuovi, installati o a fine incentivo) con una 𝐩𝐨𝐭𝐞𝐧𝐳𝐚 𝐬𝐮𝐩𝐞𝐫𝐢𝐨𝐫𝐞 𝐚𝐢 𝟐𝐌𝐖 𝐭𝐞𝐫𝐦𝐢𝐜𝐢 la verifica della sostenibilità diventa obbligatoria. Per un primo periodo transitorio di 9 mesi – che si conclude a maggio 2025 – l’attività è semplificata ed è richiesta la verifica dei terreni al 2008 sia per l’anno 2023 che 2024. Dopo questo primo periodo invece, la certificazione da parte di un 𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐞 𝐚𝐜𝐜𝐫𝐞𝐝𝐢𝐭𝐚𝐭𝐨 è obbligatoria così come la tracciabilità delle biomasse.
