Believe it or not, last week in Japan (?), on the national TV channel NHK, there was an episode of a series that has been running for over 25 years called—roughly translated—“A Stroll Through the Cities of the World.” Don’t ask me why, but we ended up in the cast as well. We went through the toughest two hours of our lives: they made us repeat the scene of tasting our beers a thousand times. But we pulled it off. Biova Project has spread its word all the way to Japan. P.S. According to the subtitles, it looks like we’re saying, “And that’s how we found out you can make beer from bread.” Or at least that’s what ChatGPT says.

La La Repubblica Finance covers our journey to Monaco. “In the field of circular economy, Monaco was captivated by an entirely Italian success story—Franco Dipietro and Biova Project. They have proven how production waste can be transformed into high-value products with significant economic impact. Based in Turin, Biova has successfully launched the production of beer and food products from surplus bread, pasta, and rice, achieving remarkable results in both sustainability and profitability within the circular economy.” https://lnkd.in/dhwbwWwt

Listen, my friend. I get it. You wake up in the middle of the night, drenched in sweat, one burning question drilling through your skull: where the hell can I find Biova? Sleep is a distant memory, your thoughts are racing, the world is spinning too fast, and the only thing that can pull you back from the abyss is a cold beer made from rescued bread. The long answer? Go to the website, use the locator, type in your city, press a button, and boom—magic. The short answer? It’s right here. https://lnkd.in/d-eXeBQm Life’s already a mess. Grab a Biova and take it easy. #WhereTheHellDoIFindIt #BiovaProject #SavedBeer #LocatorMagic

We were the aperitivo after a book presentation. Over a hundred people, a glass in hand, that perfect post-event buzz, the kind where you know someone is about to launch into a nostalgic rant about how food used to be better. The book was by Oscar Farinetti, a man who knows a thing or two about both food and words. He presented while sipping a Biova, and at the end, in front of everyone, he said we deserve attention—for our taste and for the values we stand for. We’ll take that. Think what you will about entrepreneurs who write books or writers who build businesses, but one thing is certain: we had fun. And judging by the crowd who stayed to drink and snack with us, we weren’t the only ones.

Looking at our Instagram, which has been growing at a double-digit rate, one key insight stands out: the gender demographics are perfectly balanced—50.3% women, 49.7% men. This confirms that the values behind Biova Project’s products, including beer, resonate clearly and equally with both genders. Sustainability, circular economy, and quality are not niche concerns; they matter to everyone. Another significant trend is the audience skewing toward younger generations—a strong signal for the future. Which other brands, in your opinion, have successfully achieved gender balance while also engaging younger generations? Drop it in the comments.
