(Compagnia Valdostana delle Acque) for the revitalization and renovation of heat exchangers at 4 hydroelectric power plants (excluding some systems). #Boldrocchi is committed to supplying new OFWF transformer coolers and AFWF generator coolers, both designed to enhance performance and extend the systems' lifetimes. This week at our headquarters in Biassono, we were honored to welcome Cementir's team for the project in Gaurain, traveling from Belgium to witness one of the largest kiln ID fan impellers fully lined with hard wearplates for heavy abrasion service , boasting a diameter of 4.3 meters and powered by a 3.6 MW electric motor. We appreciated being recognized as partner of Cementir in their ambitious plan to progressively reduce CO₂ emissions until carbon neutrality is reached by 2050. The upgrade will raise the clinker production capacity to 5000tpd and the use of the alternative fuel thermal substitution rate from 32 per cent to 80 per cent, with excess volatile chlorines being removed from the system with the help of a chlorine bypass unit, also designed by #Boldrocchi #emissionreduction #energytransition
