🍷 Celebrating the exceptional wines showcased at our masterclass! At Wine Paris 2024, we had the pleasure of sampling remarkable wines during our masterclass dedicated to the future of organic wines. 🌱 A special thank you to the wineries that shared their unique vintages and expertise: Château d'Or et de Gueules - La Noblesa: An exceptional Costières-de-Nîmes from a family estate cultivating a dozen grape varieties, from Grenache to Mourvèdre and Syrah, revealing the richness and complexity of the southern French terroir. Miral - Grillo: An elegant and sunny Sicilian white wine from 30-year-old vines grown organically on the hills of Marsala, where the Fina family passionately upholds ancestral expertise. Maison Raymond - La Joly 22: An elegant Bordeaux Supérieur, aged in French oak barrels, from a 250-hectare certified organic estate, one of the largest independent organic wine producers in France. Ruppertsberger Hoheburg - Imperial Riesling Organic: A fresh and fruity German Riesling from a Rhineland-Palatinate wine cooperative that, since its founding in 1968, has combined tradition and modernity to produce exceptional wines. Domaine Giol - Luisa Frizzante: A sparkling rosé, fresh and balanced, from a family-owned vineyard that has been organic since 1987.
