Talking about digitalisation does not mean referring to just a single project; it’s an ongoing strategic process that should continuously shape a company's operations. As part of the journey we began some time ago, we held a Workshop with the support of consultants from Toshiba Tec Italia Imaging Systems. Over the course of two days, various departments from one of the Group's companies, Omeca, were involved. The goal was to identify future projects and, at the same time, actively engaging the personnel involved, forming a dedicated 'digital team.' These two days sessions took place at the 'Fabbrica del Futuro,' thanks to Confindustria Brescia, a fitting choice given the relevance of the topics discussed. #digitalisation #digitaltransformation #innovation
